SMP-23 Photo-MOSFET Relay

The SMP-23 Series is a high-voltage, solid-state Photo-MOSFET relay engineered for robust and reliable switching in compact electronic systems. Encased in a small-outline package (SOP), it supports switching up to 250 V AC or peak DC and load currents up to 170 mA, making it ideal for medium-power applications where space and performance are critical.

With a typical on-resistance of 11 Ω, low output capacitance of 37 pF, and minimal off-state leakage current of 10 nA, the SMP-23 Series ensures clean signal transitions and high signal integrity. Its solid-state architecture eliminates mechanical wear and contact bounce, offering enhanced durability and resistance to shock, vibration, and environmental contaminants.

Designed to handle both low-level analog signals and higher-level loads such as LEDs, relays, solenoids, and lamps, the SMP-23 Series provides high input-to-output isolation and long operational life—making it a dependable solution for demanding industrial, medical, and test environments.
