SMP-36 Photo-MOSFET Relay

The SMP-36 Series is a compact, solid-state Photo-MOSFET relay designed for high-current switching in space-constrained and performance-critical applications. Supporting up to 60 V AC or peak DC and load currents up to 2.5 A, it is available in SMD and DIP packages for flexible integration across a wide range of designs.
With a typical on-resistance of just 0.07 Ω, high output capacitance of 470 pF, and low off-state leakage current of 1 µA, the SMP-36 Series delivers efficient power handling and reliable signal control. Its solid-state design ensures fast switching with no contact bounce, resistance to shock and vibration, and immunity to environmental contaminants.
Capable of controlling both low-level analog signals and higher-level loads such as LEDs, relays, solenoids, and lamps, the SMP-36 Series offers high input-to-output isolation and long operational life, making it a trusted solution for industrial, medical, and test equipment environments.
