SMP-37 Photo-MOSFET Relay

The SMP-37 Series is a compact, solid-state Photo-MOSFET relay designed for medium-current switching in space-constrained and high-reliability applications. Supporting up to 60 V AC or peak DC and load currents up to 550 mA, it is available in SOP, SMD, and DIP packages to accommodate a wide range of board layouts and assembly methods.
With a typical on-resistance of 0.75 Ω, low output capacitance of 45 pF, and minimal off-state leakage current of 1 µA, the SMP-37 Series ensures efficient signal control and high signal integrity. Its solid-state construction eliminates contact bounce, enhances durability, and provides immunity to shock, vibration, and environmental contaminants.
Capable of switching both low-level analog signals and higher-level loads such as LEDs, relays, solenoids, and lamps, the SMP-37 Series offers high input-to-output isolation and long operational life, making it a dependable solution for industrial, medical, and test equipment environments.
