SMP-38 Photo-MOSFET Relay

The SMP-38 Series is a high-voltage, solid-state Photo-MOSFET relay engineered for precision switching in compact and rugged electronic systems. Available in SOP, SMD, and DIP packages, it supports switching up to 600 V AC or peak DC and load currents up to 80 mA, making it ideal for medium-power applications requiring high isolation and reliability.

With a typical on-resistance of 40 Ω, low output capacitance of 47 pF, and minimal off-state leakage current of 1 µA, the SMP-38 Series ensures clean signal transitions and high signal integrity. Its solid-state design eliminates contact bounce and mechanical wear, offering superior resistance to shock, vibration, and environmental contaminants.

This series is optimized for switching both low-level analog signals and higher-level loads such as LEDs, relays, solenoids, and lamps. Its high input-to-output isolation and long operational life make it a dependable choice for industrial, automotive, medical, and test environments.
