SMP-47 Photo-MOSFET Relay

The SMP-47 Series is a high-current, solid-state Photo-MOSFET relay designed for compact, high-performance electronic systems. Available in SOP, SMD, and DIP packages, it supports switching up to 80 V AC or peak DC and load currents up to 1.5 Amps, with peak capability up to 3 Amps, making it ideal for medium-power applications requiring fast, reliable switching.

With a typical on-resistance of 0.12 Ω, output capacitance of 220 pF, and minimal off-state leakage current of 1 µA, the SMP-47 Series ensures efficient signal control and high integrity. Its solid-state design eliminates contact bounce and mechanical wear, offering superior resistance to shock, vibration, and environmental contaminants.

This series is optimized for switching both low-level analog signals and higher-level loads such as LEDs, relays, solenoids, and lamps. Its high input-to-output isolation and long operational life make it a dependable solution for industrial, automotive, medical, and test environments.
