MHV Series Reed Relay


The MHV Series is a miniature high-voltage reed relay designed for compact applications requiring reliable switching and elevated isolation. Engineered to meet international safety standards, including IEC 60664-1, ISO 6469-3, IEC 60601-1, and IEC 62109-1/2, the MHV Series combines low leakage performance with robust dielectric strength in a surface-mount (SMD) package.
Capable of switching up to 1,000 VDC, with breakdown voltages up to 3 kVDC and isolation voltages of at least 5 kVDC, the MHV Series supports SPST-NO (Form A) contact configurations and a 5 VDC coil voltage. Rated for up to 10 W and 0.75 A, it features no internal solder joints and is fully compatible with reflow soldering processes. Tested to AEC-Q200 standards and compliant with UL, RoHS, and REACH, the MHV Series is ideal for automotive, medical, and energy applications.
